CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Title Searcher – Jasper Office

As a Title Searcher, you will perform title searches by gathering ownership history, deeds, mortgages, tax information, easements and liens for real estate. We are looking for someone that has qualified experience to perform title searches ranging in complexity. We are looking for a detail-oriented title professional to join our team and conduct title searches mainly in Dubois and Daviess counties but will require traveling to surrounding counties as well. Brief description: Perform title searches, verifying, reviewing, and compiling information including but not limited to real estate land and tax records, GIS or tax mapping, and judgment search. Maintain expected production levels on a daily basis. Assist with answering phones and other light office work as needed. Knowledge of industry terminology, search procedures and resources is a plus.
