Andrew C. Briscoe serves as attorney for Regional Title Services. Mr. Briscoe earned his B.S. from Purdue University, his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, and was admitted to the Indiana bar in 2007. Mr. Briscoe is a member of several organizations, including an active member of the Indiana Land Title Association.

Leah has worked in the real estate industry since 1997. After receiving her real estate certification from the University of Evansville, she became a licensed broker specializing in residential real estate sales and eventually transitioned into commercial sales, leasing, property management and office management. In 2011, Leah received her Indiana title producers license and joined Regional Title Services as Manager and Closing Agent. Leah’s experience in all aspects of the real estate industry allow her to approach the closing process from the client’s viewpoint. Leah is a member of the Indiana Land Title Association and American Land Title Association.

Ronnie has been in the title industry for several years as an escrow agent and manager. The organizational, communication and problem-solving skills she brings to Regional Title Services are an invaluable asset to the company. Ronnie works in all aspects of our closing department with her focus on title clearance and reconciliation. As a well-rounded, flexible team player she is sure to keep your closing on track. Ronnie is an active volunteer in our community and on the Board of Directors at Logan’s Promise.

Bryce is a Henderson, KY native who graduated from the University of Louisville with a BS in Psychology in December 2021. He started as an intern at Regional Title Services in April 2022. In July, Bryce accepted a full-time position in our tile department as a title searcher, researching and gathering data for us to provide clear titles to our customers. Bryce also prepares final title insurance policies and e-recordings for the Company. Bryce is cross-trained to be available in other areas of the title department when needed. He looks forward to helping you with your title needs.

Laura Neal began her career with Regional Title Services in March of 2021. She works closely with lenders, realtors and our clients, preparing closing disclosures and confirming that all closing requirements have been met.
Laura attended college in Miami before completing her degree in graphic design in Cincinnati, OH. Her attention to detail and comforting personality help ensure a smooth transaction and put our clients at ease.

Amy began her career in banking in 1992 after receiving her Banking Certification from the University of Evansville. After many years as a loan officer, Amy decided to make the transition to title. Amy works in the closing department conducting real estate closings and processing the closing files. She mostly enjoys working closely with the lenders, real estate agents and customers and makes the closing process a happy and memorable experience. The contacts she has made over the years and expert knowledge of the banking and title industry make her an exceptional closing agent and marketing specialist. Amy is a valuable asset to the Regional Title team, and she looks forward to seeing you at your next closing!

Selena began her career with Regional Title Services in 2016. She has worked in several areas of our title department over the years including order entry, title searching, preparing title insurance commitments and currently prepares final title insurance policies, e-recordings and banking for the Company. Selena’s past work experience includes sales and customer service. Selena is cross-trained in so many areas and such a sweet person. She is a wonderful asset to our team!

Jessica joined Regional Title Services in May 2018. Jessica greets customers answers incoming calls as well as order entry. Jessica studied Early Childhood Development at Ivy Tech and has taught pre-school children. In addition to teaching she has a background is sales and customer service.

Emily Tychek joined Regional Title Services in July 2021. Emily works in our title department as a title searcher, researching and gathering data in order for us to provide clear title to our consumers. Emily is a native of Southern Indiana and attended the University of Southern Indiana where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Her career background is in data research and maintenance. She is meticulous in her work and a great asset to our team!

April is a Southern Indiana native with a background in customer service, title services and office management. Her highly developed work ethic and focus on detail make her an exceptional title examiner. April is highly observant and quick to make others feel at ease. She looks forward to helping you with your title needs. April obtained her Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech.
